My product clearout

I've been productive and brutal when it came to having a clearout. Gone are the days of holding onto products that just don't do it for me, even if they are fairly full (that's not to say I haven't given them a good chance). Anyway, lets crack on with it.

Superdrug's Cocoa Brownie Dry Shampoo
Thinking this could be a cheap alternative to my beloved Batiste dry shampoo, I picked up not one but two bottles of this stuff. At a very cheap £1.99 it was well worth a shot. That shot soon passed. Every time I tried this product my hair felt heavy with brown, cakey dust. It got everywhere and didn't brush out that well either. I should've stuck with what I know best, but atleast I know now for sure.

Lush's R&B Hair Moisturiser
I'm just not doing well with Lush lately, atleast their hair products anyway. I visited Lush to purchase an all time winner for me, the H'suan Wen Hua hair treatment (review here). I ended up chatting to a lovely member of staff and was inspired to try the R&B hair moisturiser instead. Now I'm pretty much always up for trying new products so I thought what the hell and into the basket it went. In hind sight I wish I just picked up the other because this one just isn't for me. It does smell better than H'suan (such a sweet smell), but the physical results aren't as noticeable on my hair. Bit of a bummer.

Halo Eye Make-up Remover Pads
Straight up, these do nothing. Mascara will still be there in the morning.

MUA Pro-Base Smooth, Set & Prime
As primers go, this isn't the best. I thought it was really interesting seeing such a different texture to the "primer world" but it's a bit to different to work on my skin. The balm dries out quickly, on skin and in tub so it's really difficult trying to apply.

*Soap and Glory Sexy Mother Plucker XL Extreme-Plump
Longest name ever! Annoyingly for a short time I did feel abit deflated about the fullness of my lips. With so much media around it lately, it's hard to not fall into the trap. During this time I picked up the plumper from Soap and Glory, because let's be honest they are well known for some damn good products. Reviews for this are all over the place, but I saw no difference.. just a very sticky, over glossy, tingly gel. And a thick gel at that. Worst £10 I have spent in a long time.

*L'oreal Paris Lip paint Matte in Hollywood Beige and Revlon Ultra HD in Passion
I have no big issue with these. As matte liquid lipsticks go, these both just feel quite thick and neither shade suits me. Both however smell good so there's a small bonus there.
What are products have you chucked out?
